These provisions regulate the service use of the Internet (from now on ‘the portal’) that Association for the Development and Social Integration Meridianos (from now on ADIS Meridianos) makes available to the Internet users.

The access to the webpage is free except to the connection cost through the telecommunication network of the supplier hired by the users. Determined services are exclusive for our clients and the access is restricted.
The use of the Portal attributes the condition of user of the Portal (from now on the ‘User’) and implies the acceptation of all the conditions included in this disclaimer. The provision of the service has a limited duration since the User is connected to it or to any of the services that the Portal facilitates. Therefore, the User must read this disclaimer in every occasion he intends to use the Portal, due to the modifications that the conditions use may suffer.
Some services of the Portal accessible for the Internet users or exclusive to ADIS Meridianos clients may be subjected to particular conditions, regulations or instructions that may substitute, complete and/or modify the present disclaimer and must be accepted by the User before using this service.
2. Industrial and intellectual property
All the contents of the Portal, understanding without limitation auditing texts, photography, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and more audiovisual content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (from now on ‘Contents’), are intellectual property of ADIS Meridianos or thirds, not being possible to cede to the User any of the exploitation rights recognised by the current normative on intellectual property, except the ones that could be necessaries to the User if the Portal.
The brands, commercial names or distinctive signs are ownership of ADIS Meridianos or thirds, understanding that the access to the Portal attributes any right about the brands, commercial names and /or distinctive signs.
3. Conditions of use the portal
3.1 General
The User must use in a correct way the Portal and the present disclaimer. The User will have to respond to ADIS Meridianos or thirds, in case of any damage that may happen due to the unfulfillment of this obligation.
It is totally prohibited the use of the Portal with interests that may damage or make unusable the networks, servers, hardware, software of ADIS Meridianos.
3.2 Contents
The User commits to use the Contents according to the Law and this disclaimer, as well as the conditions, regulations and instructions that could be applied as disposed in clause 1.
With character illustrative, the User that agrees with the legislation must abstain of:
Reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents unless is authorized by the law, consented by ADIS Meridianos or for the person that have the ownership of the exploitation rights.
Reproduce or copy for a private use the Contents that might be considered as Software of Data Base of the current legislation on intellectual property field, as well as its public communication or given to thirds when these acts imply the reproduction by the User or a third.
Extract and/or reuse the totality or a substantial part of the Portal Contents as well as the data bases of ADIS Meridianos.
3.3 Data collection form
Without prejudice to the clause 5 of this disclaimer, as well as in the privacy policies accessible from the Portal and that may result applicable, the use of certain services or request address to ADIS Meridianos are conditional to the completion of the User registration.
All the information that the User facilitates through the formularies of the Portal must be true. The User guarantees the authenticity of the data and will keep the information updated. The User will be the only responsible of the false manifestations that performs and the prejudices that could cause to ADIS Meridianos or thirds.
3.4 Introduction to the portal links
The Internet user that wants to introduce links from their own WebPages must comply with the conditions that are detailed below, an ignorance of which does not constitute a release from the liabilities deriving from Law:
The link will only connect with the homepage but can not be reproduced in any way (online, links, copy of the texts, graphic, etc).
In any case, it is prohibited, according to the current legislation in every moment, to establish frames of any type that allow the visualization of the Content through web pages that are nor the Portal, and contents that are external to the Portal that: (I) produce, or may produce confusion, trick or fraud to the users about the origin of the Contents; (II) suppose a comparison act o disloyal imitation; (III) serves to take the reputation of a brand or the prestige of ADIS Meridianos; or (IV) any way that is prohibited by the current legislation.
There will not be in the web page a link of a false manifestation about ADIS Meridianos, its partners, employees, clients or about the quality of the service that offers.
In any case, it will be expressed in the web page where the link is that ADIS Meridianos has given its consent to insert the link o that sponsor, cooperate, verify or supervise the remittent services.
It is prohibited the use of any denominative brand, graphic or any other distinctive sign of ADIS Meridianos inside the webpage except in the cases allow by law or authorized by ADIS Meridianos and if it is allow, a direct link to the Portal, as indicated in the clause.
The web page that establish the link must comply with the law and can not connect link with content of its own or thirds that: (I) are illicit, damaging or immoral (pornographic, violent, racist, etc); may induce the User to a false perception that ADIS Meridianos, in any way, support the ideas, manifestations or expression, licit or illicit, of the remittent; (III) are inappropriate with the activity of ADIS Meridianos of place, content and thematic of the web pace of the remittent.
4. Responsibility exclusion
4.1 Of the information
The access to the Portal does not imply the obligation of ADIS Meridianos to check the veracity, suitability, thoroughness or currency of the information of itself. The contents of this web page are general and do not constitute the provision of legal or fiscal advice of any type, so this information is insufficient to make decisions personal or of business by the User.
ADIS Meridianos is not responsible for the decisions taken up to the information supply in the Portal or the damages or prejudice in the User or thirds arising from actions that are based exclusively on the obtained information in the Portal.
4.2 Of the service quality
The access to the Portal does not imply the obligation by ADIS Meridianos of control the absence of viruses, warms or any damaging computer element. It corresponds to the User, in any case, the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of damaging computer elements.
ADIS Meridianos is not responsible for the damages produced in the equipments of the Users or thirds during the provision of the service.
4.3 Of the service availability
The access to the Portal requires services and supplies of thirds, including the transport through the telecommunication networks which reliability, quality, continuity and functioning do not correspond to ADIS Meridianos. Therefore, the provided services through the Portal might be suspended, cancelled or inaccessible, prior to the provision of the service.
ADIS Meridianos is not responsible for the damages or prejudices of any type caused in the User of disconnections or errors in the telecommunication network that caused the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during the provision of itself.
4.4 Of the contents and services linked to the portal
The service for the access to the Portal includes link technical devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access to other web pages and Internet portals (from now on ‘Linked Sites’). In these cases, ADIS Meridianos acts as a provider of brokerage services in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002 of July 12, Services for the Information Society and the Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and will only be responsible of the contents and supplied services in the Linked Sites as long as it has a knowledge effective that is not illicit and that has not deactivated the link with diligence. If the User considerate that exist a Linked Site with illicit contents, he could communicate it to ADIS Meridianos in order to the procedure and the established effects in the clause 6, and in any case this communication entails the obligation of removing the link.
In any case, the existence of Link Sites must presuppose the existence of agreement with the responsible or the owner, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of ADIS Meridianos with the manifestations, contents or provided services.
ADIS Meridianos does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for the damages produces by the contents or services being illicit, not updated, the quality, unavailability, error or useless or any other damage that is not directly attributed to ADIS Meridianos.
5. Personal data protection
The information compiled from the forms on the Portal will be incorporated in an automated file of personal data, which ADIS Meridianos will be responsible of. This entity will administrate the data in a confidential way and with the finality of manage the relationship with its clients and promote the activities of the Office. Furthermore, ADIS Meridianos will cancel, delete and/or block the inexact, incomplete or unnecessary data, or if they are no longer pertinent with the legislation in the field of data protection.
Pressing the button ‘send’ of the form, the User agrees that his data may be used for the provision of commercial communications by electronic mail, or any other way. However, the User could oppose to this, indicating it in the box in the form. Furthermore, in each provision of the commercial communications, it will indicate the procedure to oppose.
In the forms of data collection, the fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory, so if the User does no facilitate this information, ADIS Meridianos could deny the service.
The User could withdraw consent and has the rights of access, change, cancellation or withdrawal of any of their personal data by writing to the address given in clause 1.
ADIS Meridianos adopts the security levels required by the regulations for means of security passed by the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21th, approving the Regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, on Personal Data Protection. However, the technical security in Internet is not impregnable and there still may be filtrations caused by premeditated actions on the part of third parties.
ADIS Meridianos could use cookies during the provision of the service in the Portal.
Cookies are automatic procedures for collecting information on the preferences determined by a by a user during his/her visit to a specific website. This information is recorded in small files that are imperceptibly kept in the computer equipments of the corresponding user. Every time the user accesses the website in question once again, these files will be automatically activated so that the website is configured with the preferences indicated in previous visits. Cookies ultimately amount to physical personal information files stored in the user’s terminal and unequivocally associated with this very same terminal. They do not contain any personal data or information related to the user’s economy or health. Cookies cannot read the cookie files created by other providers.
The User may configure his/her navigating programme in such a manner as to prevent the creation of cookie files or to notice the moment in which this happens. The Website is accessible without any need for the options connected to the cookie files being activated, even if it they can prevent the correct functioning of safety mechanisms for exclusive services or certain services requiring greater safety. As a general rule, the purpose of the cookie files of the Website is that of making navigation easier for the User.
The name of the service domain that transmits and activates the automatic procedures of collection is DNS PRIMARIO DNS1.JAZZVISP.COM and DNS PRIMARIO DNS2.JAZZVISP.COM and its period of validity is 12 months, after that the cookie files will be automatically deleted.
6. Communication of activities illicit or inadequate
In case that the User or any other Internet user will have knowledge that the Linked Sites refers to web pages with illicit, damaging, denigrating, violent or immoral could contact ADIS Meridianos, indicating:
Informant Personal Data: name, address, phone number and email address;
Description of the incident that shows the illicit or inadequate content of the Linked Site;
In case of rights violation, such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the ownership when it’s a different person than the informant. Furthermore, must provide a title that Proof of the entitlement of the owner of the rights and the representation title to act on behalf of the ownership when it is a different person than the informant.
Declaration that the information contained in the reclamation is exact.
The reception of the communication by ADIS Meridianos in this clause does not imply, in accordance with the LSSI, actual knowledge of the activities and / or content specified by the informant.
7. Legislation
The current disclaimer is regulated in all of its aspects by the Spanish Law.
